THIRD STEP:
Activate your Post or Content with a SUPER VOTE at the Cost of 5,000 Naira to have 5 Points. Activating your post with a Super Vote Automatically Gives you 5 Points that Guarantees you Access into Talent Mart Multi-Creativity Exhibition Contest.
NOTE: (1). The more points you receive by votes, the more money you earn in real-time, and the higher your chances to be among the 7 Winners every month and greater your chances to be Crown the T- Master at the end of the Season.
2). The beauty of Talent Mart is that you can cash out your earnings at any time or allow it to accumulate. You can cash out your earning once you have up to N2,000 and above.

EXHIBITION COMMENCEMENT
(1). Voting begins by 1:05 am of every first day of the month and every first day of the year (January 1st).
(2). As a contestant, your contents either videos or pictures must be originally yours. No copies, covers or remixes allowed except you have the copyright permission from the owner(s). Thus, if any of your content is proven as pirated content, your winning will be forfeited and you have to refund all moneys that post attracts.
(3). You have to give your post(s) either Video or Photo content a unique Title and also describe it in a way that motivates other users to attract more votes for your benefits.

Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to meet and perform alongside with our guest artists and also benefit from exclusive master-classes. Whether you win the grand prize as the T- Master or not, you are a winner because you will have learnt new things, improved yourself and made new friends.
Our method allows viewers a unique opportunity to follow weekly process of the Top Exhibitors and their performance as they are groomed for success and fame. The reality of what it takes to be Crowned The T- Master will be exposed, as leading specialists from all fields of the industry give them the very best professional training.
JUDGING CRITERIA
In Talent Mart, contestants are judged by their Fans as nothing count except contestants voting points. There will be several activities in the camp to entertain viewers so they can vote for whoever catches their fancy.
Viewer's comment will be collated based on a combination of activities but that will not determine wining. Camp voting will be based on level of participation and quality of performance, which shall only attract gift from our Sponsors and also shall be used during TV Analysis to boost viewer’s confidence on the show.
CORPORATE ACCOUNT (GROUP PRESENTATION)
Groups or Organizations should choose one person among them as an administrator of the organization account and one who should receive, awards, rewards, titles and other benefits on their behalf. Talent Mart will only recognize that one person or Username that is attached to a Registered Phone Number and e-mail on the platform.
A group or organization account should carry the group or organization Logo as Profile picture instated of the representative’s image.
PHENOM’S NIGHT
Talent Mart Phenom’s Night is the grand event of the Multi-Creativity Exhibition annual Project. This Annual event is designed to mark the end of Talent Mart Online Multi-Creativity Exhibition and to Crown the T- Master and reward other personalities who have contributed immensely to the success of Talent Mart Projects.
Talent Mart Phenom’s Night will feature the following:
1). Special Guest of Honour and other Dignitaries.
2). Performance by Top Celebrities.
3). Performance by Top 10 Exhibitors who forms the members of Talent Mart Stars Forum.
4). Presentation of Award to Partners with Exceptional Achievement.
5). Presentation of Award to Talent Mart Influencers who are members of Talent Mart Coordinator’s Council.
6). Induction of new members into Talent Mart Hall of Fame.
7). Presentation of T- Mart Award of Excellence to Dignitaries from every fields of human endeavour.
5. The T- Master will be Crowned in the end.
IDENTICAL WINING
In the situation where more than one person emerges with the required cut-off point at the end of the Season for the position of the T- Master, the following shall be taking into consideration:
1. Exhibitor with highest number of activated post(s),
2. Exhibitor with most commented post(s),
3. Exhibitor with the highest number of referees,
4. Exhibitor with most viewed content(s).
The above stated reasons will help determine who should be crown as the T- Master at the end of the Season.
THE BENEFITS OF INVITING OTHERS WITH YOUR USERNAME
You earn greatly when you develop an attitude of inviting or referring others to sign-up on Talent Mart using your Username as their Referral Code.
CONTENTS ACTIVATION
(1). Activating your post with a Super Vote automatically gives you 5 Points that guarantees you access into Talent Mart Multi-Creativity Exhibition Contest where you can be among the Top 10 Exhibitors to Win fantastic cash Prizes of 4.5 Million Naira every month and stand a chance to be Crowned the T- MASTER with Cash Award of 15 Million Naira, T- Mart Branded Car and both Local and International Diplomatic Tours at the end of the Season.
(2). Again, you are advised to Fund your Talent Mart e-Wallet with more than 5,000 Naira to enables you activate more of your Contests for Exhibition.
(3). Your Video Contents must be in MP4 Format and should not be more than 10MB in Size. Your Picture Contents should not be more than 5MB in Size.
(4). Besides your entry or first activation of the month which cost 5,000 Naira, subsequent post or contents can be activated with an Ordinary Vote at 100 Naira only. Remember, you need a Super Vote or 5 Points to join the contest in each of the month.
(5). Any post or content that is not first been voted for by its ‘Creator’ remain in-active and cannot receive votes from other Users.
WALLET FUNDING
In Talent Mart, you need to fund your wallet to enable you carry out transactions on the platform such as:
a). Vote activation;
b). Partnership subscription;
c). Purchasing products;
d). Data, Airtime subscription;
e). TV and other bills subscriptions.
NOTE: To fund your wallet, you need a minimum of N5,000. 00 only to do that. You can choose any funding method as describe in the app and follow instructions provided. Remember, all bank funding goes to your main wallet.
Click on your dashboard to get to your wallet details where you can both Fund or withdraw your earnings. You’re to use any option display on the platform as you fund your wallet in order to activate more of your posts for exhibition.
Your payment information such as your credit or debit card number and other card information such as account and authentication information, and billing details are only used to process your payment. Your card details and personal banking information is never stored on our platform during or after this transaction.
FUNDS TRANSFER OR WITHDRAWAL
1). You can only transfer funds or money from your wallet to another user’s the same type of wallet. For example, if you are transferring from your Partnership wallet, the funds will go directly in that user’s Partnership wallet. The same with earing, promotion, main and any other wallets.
2). You cannot withdraw or transfer funds from your main wallet to your bank or to other user’s bank account because money in your main wallet is meant for transaction within Talent Mart Platform. Remember, Talent Mart is not a banking app. Thus, you can only transfer or withdraw from your earning wallet to your bank account or to any third party account.
3). Staff, Coordinators of all levels, Partners and Directors are not permitted to transfer funds that they receive from the company in to their main wallet as transaction gift, in-house award, etc. to any other user(s).
4). Staff, Coordinators of all levels, Partners and Directors are not permitted to Vote for any Exhibitor or him/herself with funds that they receive from the company in to their main wallet as transaction gift, in-house award, etc.
5). Staff, Coordinators of all levels, Partners and Directors should note that they are not permitted use the funds that they receive from the company in to their main wallet as transaction gift, in-house award, etc. to carry-out any transaction outside the purpose stated in the attached letter from the company.
6). Staff, Coordinators of all levels, Partners and Directors are not permitted to permitted to Win in the exhibition or apply for Grant. They can receive votes but not to win the contest and they can as well promote their brands but not to receive the Business Promotion Grant.
7). Staff, Coordinators of all levels, Partners and Directors are not permitted to permitted to Win in the exhibition or apply for Grant. They can receive votes but not to win the contest and they can as well promote their brands but not to receive the Business Promotion Grant.
8). Staff, Coordinators of all levels, Partners and Directors can Partner with the company to become a member of Talent Mart Global Business Community to qualify for a Revolving Capital to carry out his/her business.
NOTE: To withdraw funds or cash-out your earnings from your Talent Mart e-Wallet, click on your dashboard to get to your wallet. Click on withdraw and supply the required information to transfer your earnings to your local bank account.
Your card details and personal banking information is never stored on Talent Mart Social Network during or after this transaction.
Hence, you will need to enter your payment details every time you cash-out. Some additional information may be required from your bank to process your Cash-out request.
THE COST OF SUPER VOTE, ORDINARY VOTE AND THEIR BENEFITS
(1). The cost of One Super Vote is N5,000. 00 only. While one Ordinary Vote cost N100. 00.
(2). 10 Ordinary Votes make One Point and 50 Ordinary Votes make One Super Vote.
(3). One Super Vote at N5,000. 00 attracts N1,000. 00 Creator’s Bonus with 5 Points. While One Ordinary Vote at N100. 00 attracts N20. 00 Creator’s Bonus with 0.1 Voting Point.
(4). You earn N100. 00 for Super Vote and N2. 00 for Ordinary Vote whenever any of your Referees receive or cast a vote.
(5). When you receive Votes, you gain in two ways. Firstly, you earn N1,000. 00 Creator’s Bonus for each Super Vote you receive and N20. 00 Creator’s Bonus for each Ordinary Vote you receive. Secondly, you receive Points that will help you Win Monthly and Seasonal.

SERVICE ELIGIBILITY
Here are some promises that you make to us in this Contract:
You're eligible to enter into this Contract if you are at least our “Minimum Age.” Talent Mart “Minimum Age” means 18 years old. However, if the law requires that you must be older in order for Talent Mart to lawfully provide her Services to you without parental consent (including using your personal data) then the Minimum Age is such older age.
To use Talent Mart Services, you agree that:
(1) You must be the “Minimum Age” (described above) or older;
(2) You will only have one Talent Mart account, which must be in your real name;
(3) You will be restricted or block by Talent Mart from using the Services if discovered that you have more than one account;
(4) You will not Upload or post contents that are not originally yours as this is not permitted and will disqualify you from using our services as well as receiving the attached benefit(s) if reported. Thus, the said adjustment is to the extent that any person or group of persons or organization sufficiently proves that the content(s) which the winner posted that attract at least one quarter of the total winning points by votes originally belongs to him or her or them. Then will the winning prize(s) will be negotiated among the two parties and the company will give the prize(s) according to their agreement or the judiciary verdict;
(5) You will not Create an account with false information as it will amount to a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 18 except by the child's parent or guardian;
(6) You will not upload, post or share an impure, harmful, life-threatening, unpleasant, hate, porn and their like content.
(7) You will not upload, post or share contents that criticise or attack any individual, group, gender, tribe, religion or government of any nation. Bridging any of the above will disqualify you from using our service as well as receiving the attached benefits.
