RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties for Coordinators include:
(1). To build a formidable Marketing Team and Develop market architecture and strategies to enhance the sales of the company's offers such as Adverts, Sponsorship, Partnership, Shares, Exhibitions, Business Promotion, etc. and ensure the company meets sales quotas in your state.
(2). To establish and maintain cordial relationship with authorities, personalities, institutions, government agencies in your state for the interest of the company.
(3). To Organize Seminars, Workshops, Webinars, Outreaches or Conferences to Create Brand Awareness for the company.
(4). To Create, design and develop assorted intelligent and creative selling ads to strategically position the company in a positive light in your state.
(5). To set-up, create and manage your own Talent Mart handle, page or channel on other Social Media Platforms to reach more people, increase visibility and attract more users to Talent Mart Social Media.
As a Coordinator, you have to Draw up a prospect list of people you will like to invite into your Team as Chapter Coordinators. Invite 100 or more people not restricted to geographical location and guide them to download Talent Mart, Sign-up under you by using your Username as their Referral Code.
As a Coordinator, you have to hold meetings or Seminars either online or offline. These meetings are the platforms where you educate both new and old team members and encourage them to Sign-up others and ensure they understand their financial Benefits and opportunities that follows.
You have the right to create and name Chapters under your supervision with whatever name that fit your purpose as well as creating Chapters outside your State or anywhere your downlines with leadership capacity are.
REPORTING AND PAYMENT
All Chapter Coordinators reports to their State/Regional Coordinators while States/Regional Coordinators reports to National Coordinator, while the National Coordinator reports to the management. All categories of Coordinators must fill and attach completed copies of your Evaluation Forms every first week of the month for their payment. Once your reports are verified, you will receive your payment in your Partnership Wallet within 5 working day from the date of your submission.
