Your duties for Coordinators include:

As a Coordinator, you have to Draw up a prospect list of people you will like to invite into your Team as Chapter Coordinators. Invite 100 or more people not restricted to geographical location and guide them to download Talent Mart, Sign-up under you by using your Username as their Referral Code.
As a Coordinator, you have to hold meetings or Seminars either online or offline. These meetings are the platforms where you educate both new and old team members and encourage them to Sign-up others and ensure they understand their financial Benefits and opportunities that follows.

REPORTING AND PAYMENT
All Chapter Coordinators reports to their State/Regional Coordinators while States/Regional Coordinators reports to National Coordinator, while the National Coordinator reports to the management. All categories of Coordinators must fill and attach completed copies of your Evaluation Forms every first week of the month for their payment. Once your reports are verified, you will receive your payment in your Partnership Wallet within 5 working day from the date of your submission.
